ARIEL MARINKOVIC
Director
As a journalist who specializes in coverage of conflict zones and development of communicational strategies, having worked in New York, Chile, Haiti, Spain, Bolivia and Galapagos, he founds one of Chile's first UAV companies. His trainings in aviation, aerodynamics, electronics and robotics make him today the first UAV specialist to have passed from audiovisual services to solutions in UAV technology for the industrial sector.

CHRISTIAN VEGA
Project Manager
A journalist with ample experience in communications for mining, health and safety companies as well as different governmental institutions; he specializes in the development of communicational projects for print and web. Others of his fields of expertise are global economy, business administration and communicational consultancy.
At XCam he's in charge of project management and business strategy.

ROMANA JORDA
Editor / Camera Operator
Romana joined XCam from Austria, bringing along work experience from Viena, Madrid, Brussels and also Santiago, in other occasions. Her interest in the audiovisual sector and the interaction between different cultures let her to masters in Linguistics and Media Science with focus on the hispanic world as well as jobs in movie theaters, film festivals, cultural forums, advertising agencies and several production companies, before specializing on the aerial sector with XCam in 2015.
MARTÍN CRUZ FARGA
Drone operator / Camera operator
As a professional sound engineer he has been working in direct sound, sound design and postproduction for more than 4 years, participating in documentaries, TV shows, animations, video games and more. 2 years ago he specialized in drone operation and aerial photography at XCam. Apart from these tasks, he also works as one of the teachers of our drone operating course and offers Spanish and English as working languages.
LUCAS HOURTON CABRERA
Drone Operator
Despite being a professional graphic designer, Lucas already has 8 years of experience with remotely controlled aerial vehicles. The productions he has participated in have let him all over the world, flying drones in manifold geographic and climatic conditions. His versatility and skill variety help him to find solutions for any technical challenge a new project can hold.
At XCam his task go from designing aerial vehicles to operating them.
